Shipping and Returns Policy
1. Shipping Information
At Bidi we work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible and in perfect condition.
We ship to all of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and, occasionally, to other countries.

Shipping costs

Balearic Islands: supplement calculated at checkout.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: supplement calculated at checkout, in addition to customs procedures and applicable taxes.

All deliveries require a signature. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
In case of delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure, Bidi will not assume responsibility.
Shipping to the Canary Islands
We ship to the Canary Islands via GLS.
Due to its own tax regime, shipments destined for the Canary Islands are subject to customs procedures and formalities.
Customs Declaration and Customs Procedures
For the entry of goods into the Canary Islands, Customs applies an import DUA and the local IGIC tax.
These expenses are paid by the customer at the time of delivery or before delivery, according to the carrier's procedure.
Bidi handles the export customs declaration (DUA) from the Peninsula, but the costs associated with import clearance in the Canary Islands and the corresponding taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.
IGIC
The IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) replaces VAT in the Canary Islands and is calculated on the declared value of the goods. Its amount is determined by Canary Islands Customs at the time of clearance.
Additional costs
The cost of the import customs declaration (DUA) and the IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) may vary depending on the carrier and the value of the order.
For small orders, these amounts are usually reduced.
The carrier or customs will inform the customer if any additional payment is required to complete the delivery.
Applicable Incoterm
Shipments to the Canary Islands are handled under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place):

Bidi assumes: transport to destination and the export DUA.

The client assumes: the import DUA, the IGIC and any applicable customs expenses in the Canary Islands.
Additional information
We recommend that customers in the Canary Islands check these costs before placing their order to avoid any issues or surprises with delivery.
2. Incident reporting
The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery. If they detect any damage or issues with the packaging or the product, they must notify Bidi within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to devoluciones@bidi-care.com with photos and a description of the problem.
3. Returns Policy
At Bidi, we offer a 90-day trial. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within that period.
If the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or damage, Bidi will cover the return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label and, if applicable, replace the defective product or part at no additional cost.
- If the reason is incompatibility: Before making the purchase, the customer must check that the Bidi product is compatible with their toilet, consulting the installation and compatibility guide available on our website or requesting advice from our team.
If, after receiving the product, the customer discovers during installation that it is not compatible, the Bidi technical team will help them find a solution. If this is not possible, the customer may choose to:

Replacement with another compatible model or solution (paying the difference if there is one).

Full refund of the amount paid, once the returned product has been received in its original packaging and in good condition.
In cases where the incompatibility is clearly indicated on our website before purchase, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and arrangements. If the incompatibility is difficult to foresee, Bidi will arrange for the product to be collected through its courier service and will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the reason for the return is different (withdrawal, change of mind, etc.), the customer will assume the costs and management of the return shipment.
Right of withdrawal: In addition to the 90-day trial period, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions of the returned product:
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted even if the product has been installed and tested, as long as it is within the 90-day trial period.
4. Return Process
1. Request a refund by writing to devoluciones@bidi-care.com indicating the order number and reason.
2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
3. Send the product following the instructions received.
5. Refunds
Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The amount corresponding to the returned products will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Defective or damaged products
If the product has manufacturing defects or damage, the customer may choose between a free replacement or a full refund. If the defect affects only one part or accessory, Bidi may replace only that affected part.
7. Limitations
No returns are accepted for products purchased outside of the official website bidi-care.com.
8. Guarantees
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and/or handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning.
For these purposes, Bidi informs that the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options for exercising the right of withdrawal. Among them is the possibility of doing so by filling out a form electronically.
